Grate coolers, one of the main machines used in the cement clinker calcination system, mainly function to cool and convey the clinker. The preheated air from the cooler is passed to the rotary kiln and the pre-calciner and the cooler is the new process equipment applied for heat recovery in the calcination system. Our grate coolers are the fifth-generation products witha new grate bed structure and cooling system, and enables higher performance compared with conventional grate coolers. The cooler features no leakage of material, low cost in civil works, high heat recovery efficiency and low power consumption. The equipment can be applied to the 1,000t/d~10,000t/d cement production lines.
