Annual cooler, a kind of cooling equipment in metallurgical pelletizing projects, is used for cooling the pellets (at about 1150℃) discharged from the rotary kiln. The hot exhaust gas emitted from the first section is directly delivered to the rotary kiln and the rest hot air is returned to the traveling grate. Our annual coolers are designed with multiple combined sealing structures, which can improve the heating utilization ratio and reduce the heat loss. Currently we can design and manufacture the annual coolers with diversified capacities ranging from 100,000 to 5,000,000 tons per year.
