Our roller press is the new energy-saving comminution equipment, which can reduce wearables consumption and noise. It can be used in a new plant and for the modifications of an existing plant. By use of our product, the output capacity of the grinding system can be improved by 50~100%, and the power consumption can be reduced by 20~30% when calculated on basis of outputting unit cement product. In the compacted cake after the material particles are squeezed, the fine material with size at 0.08mm accounts for 20~35% and the material with size smaller than 20mm accounts for 65~85%. In addition, many tiny cracks can be detected in the internal structure of the small particle, which makes the grindability of the material remarkably improved.
