Clinker roll crushers are generally arranged after the grate cooler, and used for crushing clinker and other sintered material. The advantage of the clinker roll crusher includes the low rotating speed, longer life of the wearing parts (no replacement required within 2-3 years);and large crushing torque, high overload capacity, multiple crushing for oversize material; it is able to rotate in forward & reverse direction automatically according to the loading conditions, eliminating the unexpected shutdown of the crusher; the advantage also includes less operating noise and dust, and low power consumption. The clinker roll crushers can also be arranged in the middle part of the grate cooler, to crush the clinker material at high temperatures, which could greatly increase the heat recovery efficiency and improve the clinker quality. Based on the actual capacity and width of the grate coolers in various projects, we can flexibly design and manufacture the clinker roll crushers with equivalent specifications including three-roll, four-roll, six-roll and seven-roll construction to match the actual capacity of the grate cooler, thus to satisfy the production capacity requirement.
