I. Company Profile

Located in Tianmuhu Industrial Park, Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Liyang Sinoma Heavy Machinery") has a registered capital of RMB 100 million, covers an area of 327 mu (approx. 21.8 hectares), with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters. The company employs 390 staff, including over 50 professional technicians. It possesses the capability to design, manufacture, and install new-type cement production lines with capacities ranging from 5,000 T/D to 10,000 T/D, serving as a major heavy-duty cement equipment manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta region.

In 2025, the company achieved a main business revenue of RMB 514.8 million, a profit of RMB 3.96 million, and paid actual taxes of RMB 8.9 million. Its crushers and apron feeders are recognized as high-tech products in Jiangsu Province, ranking first in the industry in both production and sales. Products such as stackers/reclaimers, roller presses, vertical mills, and rotary kilns feature independent intellectual property rights. In 2025, the domestic market share of its complete equipment reached 10.2%, ranking second nationwide. The company’s self-developed LRM slag vertical mill was appraised by the Science and Technology Department of the China Building Materials Federation, with its key technical and economic indicators reaching internationally advanced levels. Its hazardous waste slag ultrafine powder combined grinding technology fills a domestic gap, matching the performance of Germany’s Loesche—the global leader—and successfully replacing imports. This technology enables slag to be repurposed into high-performance concrete for specialized projects such as military and nuclear power plants.

Through industry-academia-research collaboration, the company accelerates the commercialization of scientific achievements, yielding significant innovation benefits. It holds 83 patents, including 12 authorized invention patents and 71 utility model patents.

Equipped with 652 sets of advanced domestic and international production equipment and a total investment of RMB 1.28 billion, the company integrates the technological, R&D, market, and brand advantages of Sinoma International in the global cement construction market, along with standardized management. It also leverages the strong machining capabilities, skilled workforce, and flexible decision-making mechanisms represented by Liyang Heavy Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. By increasing fixed asset investment, enhancing talent development and recruitment, intensifying new product R&D, and implementing modern enterprise systems, the company continues to strengthen its market competitiveness.

The company’s sales network covers all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. While consolidating its domestic presence, it actively expands into overseas markets, forming a marketing pattern supported by the domestic market while developing international business. Its products are exported to over 100 countries, including Peru, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Pakistan, earning consistent praise from customers. In 2023, according to statistics from the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Liyang Sinoma Heavy Machinery ranked 47th in contracted overseas large-scale complete equipment engineering projects and 6th among Chinese enterprises in contracted overseas building materials equipment projects.

The company has been honored with titles such as "High-Reputation Trademark," "National Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise," "Top Ten Building Materials Enterprises in China," "Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province," and "Jiangsu High-Quality Product." Credit management is integrated into daily operations. Guided by principles of honesty, reciprocity, and legal compliance, the company rigorously evaluates suppliers based on qualifications, quality assurance, delivery capabilities, and production process control. During procurement, supplier performance—including product quality, delivery timeliness, technical support, and after-sales service—is tracked and assessed. In contract fulfillment, the company strictly adheres to agreements, safeguarding suppliers’ legitimate rights and interests.
