From July 10 to 19, 2020, the International Qualification NDT (ASNT, EN ISO9712) training (Liyang·2020021 session) organized by the International Nondestructive Testing Personnel Joint Training Base - Qiji International Training and Qualification Certification Center was successfully held at our company. ISO9712-2012 refers to the standard for the qualification and certification of nondestructive testing personnel. This certificate is applicable to all international authoritative standards and regulations for nondestructive testing, and is especially applicable.

On December 7, the opening ceremony of the SolidWorks Application Training Class, hosted by the Liyang City Federation of Industry and Commerce, co-organized by the Liyang City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and jointly organized with Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology and Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., was officially launched at Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. On the afternoon of April 8, the first president's meeting of the city's Environmental Protection and Energy-saving Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce this year was held in the meeting room of Sinoma Heavy Machinery Factory. The chamber's president, vice presidents, supervisors, and secretary-general attended the meeting. Vice Chairman Guan Lijing of the city's Federation of Industry and Commerce and Head of the Liaison Department Xu Jianzhong were also invited to attend. The meeting was presided over by President Ge Fumei. At the meeting, Supervisor Zhang Tao first read the spirit of the relevant documents from the city's Federation of Industry and Commerce; at the same time, the 2018 work plan of the chamber was reviewed and approved, and the main tasks for the next stage were deployed.

On the morning of July 24, the Municipal Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce held a "Belt and Road" seminar in the meeting room on the fifth floor of Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. The seminar specially invited Director of the "Belt and Road" Africa Research Center, Professor Tian Ze from Hohai University, General Manager Yan Bingrong of Changzhou Tebairun Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd., and Dr. Sela, Director of the International Projects and Investment Department of Changzhou Tebairun Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd., to engage in exchanges and consultations. The seminar was hosted by Chamber of Commerce President Ge Fumei, and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce Chen Quanping, along with some chamber members, attended the seminar.

The current main principle for resolving excess production capacity is the 'Four Batches' proposed in the 'Guiding Opinions on Resolving the Contradictions of Severe Overcapacity,' namely 'digest one batch, transfer one batch, integrate one batch, and eliminate one batch.' Among them, 'digest one batch' requires adjusting the product structure to achieve product upgrades while continuing to expand domestic demand according to domestic and international market needs; 'eliminate one batch' has already shown certain effects under the combined efforts of market mechanisms and administrative measures, as in Jiangsu Province.
