The Grate Cooler is an important main machine in the cement clinker calcination system, mainly used for cooling and conveying cement clinker; at the same time, it provides hot air for the Rotary Kiln and the decomposition kiln, and is a new type of process equipment for heat recovery in the sintering system. The Grate Cooler produced by our company belongs to the fifth generation of Grate Cooler, featuring a new grate structure and cooling system, with higher performance compared to conventional Grate Cooler. It has characteristics such as no material leakage, low civil construction investment, high heat recovery rate, and low power consumption. It can be used to support 1000t/d to 10000t/d cement clinker production line.
