This series of products is a new type of cement energy-saving grinding equipment developed and manufactured by our company. It can effectively replace high-energy, low-efficiency pre-grinding systems, and has the advantages of reducing wear part consumption and noise. It is suitable for both new plant construction and technological transformation of old plants, increasing the output of the grinding system by 50–100%, and reducing the electricity consumption per unit of cement by 20–30%. After extrusion, 20–35% of the material cakes are fine particles of 0.08mm, 65–85% are smaller than 20mm, and the internal structure of the small particles is full of many tiny cracks due to extrusion, greatly improving grindability.
