In order to further enhance the overall image of the company, improve the level of safety management, and achieve the goal of increasing work efficiency, our company recently organized management personnel to participate in 6S on-site management training. This training was hosted and conducted by Mr. Li Yanbing from Kambut Business School.
"6S" management is an advanced management method for building competitive enterprises and cultivating a first-class team of employees. Its purpose is to enhance the company's image, improve safety standards, raise employee quality, increase work efficiency, and boost the company's execution and competitiveness. The purpose of implementing "6S" management in the company is to subtly transform employees' behavior habits through meticulous, simple actions, achieving standardized site management, fixed placement of materials, tidy storage area management, and normalized safety management. This helps establish a good corporate safety culture, allowing safety work to move from tangible management to intangible management, thereby promoting the smooth realization of the company's various work objectives.
