On the morning of July 8, Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. held its 2023 mid-year work meeting. The company's Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, Ge Fumei, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Union Chairman Liu Jinliang, Deputy General Manager of Technology Tan Zhizhong, Deputy General Manager of Procurement Xu Rongbin, Deputy General Manager of Project Management Shi Guolin, Deputy General Manager of Production Wu Xuming, and other management personnel, as well as heads of various departments and production workshops, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Gefumei affirmed the achievements made in the work of the first half of 2023 and analyzed the current economic situation. Regarding the difficulties faced by Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., she put forward two requirements on how to do well in the work for the second half of the year:

Ge Fumei emphasized that in the face of new challenges, the company must be more united, and under the strong leadership of Chairman Wu, it should pave the way through reform, seek innovation and pragmatism, focus on practicality and action, strive and forge ahead, and make new contributions to the high-quality construction of Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, the Operations Assessment Department reported on the company's various business data for the first half of the year and conducted a comparative analysis with historical data. Regarding the completion of various indicators, each vice president gave a speech. Vice President Wu Xuming emphasized that all departmental personnel must adapt to the market environment, change their mindset, unify their thinking, reduce internal friction, and prioritize goals. Vice President Tan Zhizhong proposed that leaders at all levels must protect the company's technical backbone, improve their own capabilities, ensure the company has a strong and capable team, and always be ready to tackle tough battles and achieve victories. Vice President Xu Rongbin, addressing the current work situation in procurement, emphasized that the procurement department should maintain an awareness of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and resource optimization in daily work. Vice President Shi Guolin also discussed the organization of overseas engineering projects at the meeting.
