On October 15, 2024, the 3500T/D clinker cement production line ignition ceremony of Korsim LLC was successfully held in Kazakhstan, the ancient country of civilization along the 'Ancient Silk Road'.
Zhang Zengtao, President of International Cement Group; Mr. Stadis from International Cement Investment Management Company; Assistant to the President Wei Ping; Assistant to the President and General Manager of Holcim Company Chen Yongliang; Sinoma-Liyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. Holcim Project Manager Shi Yingqian; Director of the Holcim Project Supervision Department of Central Asia Supervision Company, Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Fang Yuzhuang; General Manager of Alacim Company Zheng Pengqi; and more than 100 employee representatives from various units jointly participated in the ignition ceremony to witness this exciting moment. This milestone marks the official transition of the project from the construction phase to the trial production phase.
This project prioritizes the use of energy-saving processes and machinery, equipped with a world-leading and reliable DCS distributed computer control system. The raw material Roller Press final grinding, low-nitrogen emission high-efficiency Preheater and calciner, fourth-generation step-step Grate Cooler, and cement Roller Press final grinding and reclaimed water treatment systems are all top-tier main equipment and technologies currently leading in the cement industry.
